Wedding Cakes

All our fruit cakes are hand made using the finest ingredients and matured with brandy, coated with luxury marzipan and using soft or royal icing to your specification.

Alternatively a choice of sponge cakes are available. In either madeira, lemon, chocolate or carrot with a variety of fillings.  

A combination of fruit and sponges can be incorporated into your design. All our cakes are decorated with hand made sugar flowers to compliment the brides bouquet and colour themes used elsewhere in the wedding plans.

Silk or paper flowers are available on request.
